Lesson Description:

Conversations, one of the core pillars of helpdesk, allows you to open lines of communication and gather intake so that your customers can reach out to you how they want to reach out to you. Conversations is a universal inbox that includes chat, team email, and a bot builder. Conversations gives you and your team one place to view, manage, and reply to all communications. Additionally, you’ll have complete context into each communication you have. HubSpot keeps a record of properties, past tickets, related deals, companies, and past conversations so that you know the full story and can therefore reply quickly while still being human and helpful.
