A knowledge base is a self-serve online library of information about a product or service. Employing a knowledge base is a great way to implement a self-service option in your customer service strategy. With a knowledge base, you can share information with your customers so that they can resolve any issues they have themselves. Gone are the days of waiting on a support line. With a knowledge base, your customers will have the information they need at their fingertips. They’ll be empowered to answer their own questions and move on with their tasks without having to call in for help.
